Contribuiți la feedbackI often go here enough because it's a simple dinner. but I am often frustrated by this place. here is a summary why:-Gets order wrong or forget about 50 % of the time, even if they are not busy at all.-turn over rate seems very high,? seems always as if someone reworks the running gear (because they are slow and don't seem to be adept).-sometimes the tacos are broken (bad enough where they need to use it)
In their defence, poor customer service, quality, and availability (if those exist at all) are the new gold standard
Usually the service is good, and I love Taco Bell, love it. However I’ve had one issue with this location since the last time I visited. Taco Bell stops serving breakfast at 11am. This location serves breakfast (or at least I think). They have advertisements all over the place for breakfast. Window decals, menu items, even the Taco Bell sign has the word breakfast underneath it. But when my boyfriend and I went there for breakfast at 10:30am the woman who was taking orders at the drive through said that they didn’t serve breakfast. I was really disappointed and sad I couldn’t get that sweet sweet super delicious Taco Bell breakfast. Does anyone know if this location actually does serve breakfast?
Very upset. I ordered on the app, as I was getting food for someone else. They had selected for me to pick up their order in store (it was an option in the app) as I HATE going through the drive thru. There was a big sign on the door saying Dine in now open. Come on in So I go in and the door is locked! Why have the sign it you can't go in. The line was ridiculously long so I had to go wait in the drive thru line, and the food was cold by the time it had gotten to me. I had to apologize person I picked up for.
The young lady that took my order in drive-thru was very welcoming and genuine! I'm never disappointed when I stop at your location. Thank you so much for your kindness and help.
