Sweet Frog - State College

A Well lit, little spot to bring the kids for a frozen treat. Also most of the flavors they carry are non-fat or sugar free...that's a plus in my book.

You can tell that this location holds cleanliness to a high level of priority. Every time a table left someone would come and clean the tables and chairs. They wiped down the bottles. And now they give you a glove before filling your bowls.

This was the first and last time my partner and I visited this establishment. The frozen yogurt is alright and will satisfy a mild craving, but the real problem with this store is its customer service and their staff?s not-so-hidden prejudices and racism. When we went to check out, we noticed that the cashier was extremely nice and enthusiastic with the customers ahead of us, even saying ?Have an amazing day!? and letting them pick the color of their spoons for their yogurt. When my partner and I arrived at the counter, that same cashier avoided eye contact, rudely said ?wait, put that back on there,? referring to me setting my cup on the counter instead of the scale. She then quickly handed us two spoons, seemingly wanting the exchange to end as quickly as possible. Will not be coming here ever again.

This place is always spotless. We're frequent flyers of Sweet Frogs and this is one of the best. Other owners could learn a thing or two visiting this store.

Clean, friendly staff, good candy selection. My daughter loved her first visit.
