Dunkin' - State College

My son-in-law gets iced coffee here, and he enjoys it. However, I wasn't impressed with the pepper bacon in the bag; it was way too spicy for my taste.

Then, when I requested extra mocha, the first drink had so much that I couldn’t even drink it, and the replacement tasted like ground ice! I also ordered a donut, but it arrived on its side with the icing sliding off, and to top it off, I didn’t even get a napkin! It honestly felt like a big "screw you" to me. I've been visiting that location for over six months, but after this experience, I will never go back! I cannot tolerate rudeness and ignorance, especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money! They’ve definitely lost a customer!

This is a fantastic place to stop before heading into or leaving Penn State. They offer gas, a convenience store, Dunkin' Donuts, and clean restrooms.

This is the most dependable Dunkin'! They consistently prepare my coffee perfectly! Food: 5/5
