Carvers Deli Barbecue - State College

I really enjoyed this place and was becoming a regular in February 2022, but unfortunately they closed their business in March 2022. It's such a shame! There was a notice on the door from the owners saying they were out of business.

I would give them 5 stars because I’m sure the food was fantastic, but unfortunately, they are now closed. They went out of business on March 25th.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the food was frankly inedible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

We decided to stop by this restaurant after seeing its high rating on Google while traveling through the State College area. It's a straightforward BBQ sandwich spot with a wide variety of sandwich options to choose from. The service was quick, the food was warm, and everything was delicious! We're really glad we made this stop!

This could very well be the best food spot in State College. As a student living on campus, I’m genuinely trying to come up with a good excuse to get my friends to take the bus to Walmart with me, just so I can visit this place. They serve amazing sandwiches and hands down the best macaroni and cheese I've ever tasted!
