Jimmy John's - Starkville

I experienced quick and friendly service during my visit. I really enjoyed the delicious sub I had today. The restaurant was very clean as well. I will definitely be returning to dine here again.

This place is anything but fast. The employees at the drive-thru seem annoyed that I've disturbed them by arriving at the window. They are among the least friendly staff I've encountered in Starkville. I also ordered for delivery, and after an hour without my food, I called to cancel. I've visited many Jimmy John's locations across the United States, but I've never seen one as poorly managed as the one in Starkville, MS. The franchise owner should be embarrassed.

This restaurant has been a real lifesaver for me several times over the past two years I've lived here. Without a doubt, it's the best place for cold sandwiches in Starkville.

I dined at this restaurant for the first time and found the service to be decent. The establishment was adequately clean, but when I ordered a roast beef sandwich, I learned that they don’t offer Au jus sauce, as the staff appeared to be unfamiliar with it. I ate the sandwich anyway, but it was quite bland. On a positive note, I enjoyed the quirky signs throughout the restaurant; they added a fun touch. I also have to commend the restrooms, which were remarkably clean for a dining venue.
