1883 Smokehouse Mobile - Starkville

I was totally disappointed in the service and food tonight. This use to be a great place to eat however something has changed. $80 for 3 people to eat tonight and it's all going home to my dog. I will not return.

Pretty solid food and service was good despite the low staff. Definitely feel like it would've been better if I had come a little earlier for lunch but was still good. I kinda figured that they just cook big batches for lunch and dinner so the earlier you come, the better I would assume.

The steak I just paid $30 for is horrible, I can’t even chew it.

The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. I ordered the fried catfish, and it was absolutely delicious!

Below average at best. The pulled pork was the oddest I've ever tasted. The ribs were overly seasoned and quite tough.
