Contribuiți la feedbackThe wellness centre was perfect, with a modern and very clean look and feel. It is small, but fit for the number of guests, there was no crowd or waiting time. The pool bar is fun. The saunas and the small jacuzzi in the relax area were amazing. I would return any time. The rooms are okay, the beds could be a bit better (thicker pillows e.g. I believe most of the year, air conditioning is not needed, however we stayed on a particularly hot week. The wi-fi was a bit unstable, and I would have appreciated complementary tap water being available at dinner. The food was generally delicious. All in all, the wellness center makes the stay absolutely worth the while, and I would generally recommend the hotel.
First day in this beautiful hotel and completely in love Employees really friendly, the hotel looks beautiful from inside and outside, free parking (BIG plus! , room is clean, modern and beautiful. The dinner is extraordinary good!!!! This cook is amazing! Can‘t wait to go to breakfast tomorrow. There is already nothing what can destroy the stay. The cigar lounge looks like in an old movie. Designed really well. Can’t find something negative or something what is at least not perfect. Wow
Beautiful surroundings, nice wellness, good food, even if for a four-star hotel, a smaller selection... But I can't complain about the attitude of the receptionist NIKOLY, who immediately upon arrival informed me that there was a problem with my paid reservation and the price must be increased by EUR 40 per day, which means a total of EUR 120. I tried to explain to this lady that it is unjustified, as I have purchased a promotional stay and have paid the full price in advance, but she canceled me with a fair amount of irony, saying that she would check it (but she knows exactly how it works) and she'll let me know... She only found out about it on the last day of departure, and that's only because I refused to pay the unjustified supplement requested by her... Only after the arrival of the hotel manager, who very quickly understood the whole situation and after a short verification she proved me right based on the facts and decided in my favor, for which I really thank her. I'm sorry that I and my family, with whom I was staying, had four days ruined by this situation, which we kept coming back to throughout our stay... I expected from the mentioned lady at least an acknowledgment of the mistake and an apology...
According to the reviews, it is probably better to visit this hotel in the middle of the week (fewer people), there was always a place for a lounger by the pool, the TOP sauna is everywhere clean and pleasant. Friendly staff. Great for me...as for the rooms, maybe more storage space would be needed, but it can be lived .....we will definitely come back again. Rooms: 5
We took a long time to decide on this hotel and specific accommodation in Brezy apartments. I read the reviews about 3 days before my stay and my wife and I were less worried. However, they were not confirmed. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the accommodation price. I have nothing to complain about when it comes to quantity, taste and selection. And in the end, I kept the reception or the staff. We had only an excellent experience. Kind, willing, communicative. The day after my return, I found out that the invoice for the recreation allowance was not issued to my wife. I called there and they accommodated me without any problems and will send a modified invoice to my email. That's why we decided on this hotel for our summer vacation. I want to draw the guests' attention to one important thing. They say that what you give is what you get. The staff, not only at Horizont, but also elsewhere, must be treated with respect and patience, because they have work to do. Anyone who works with people knows how difficult it is. And not everyone can do everything. We are also not always 100%, and we don't have garbage taken out or dust mopped up every now and then. Therefore, a certain amount of tolerance is in order.
