Pizza Hut - Star

My husband went to pick up our order at the Star, Idaho location and found the storefront empty. After waiting for someone to assist him, he finally got his order but when we opened the pizza at home, it was not fully cooked. We had to put it back in the oven to finish cooking. Disappointing experience, especially since we usually love Pizza Hut pizza.

This was my first time ordering delivery from this restaurant. The food arrived on time, actually quicker than expected. The pizza crust fell apart at the edges, almost completely separating, but the cheese helped hold it together. This had never happened to me before. Additionally, the pizza wasn't cooked thoroughly. Despite these issues, the food was okay. Next time, I will try dining in at the restaurant instead.

They use to be a quality chain, now they might as well be selling a pizza from a box!!

Skip this location, not like others and certainly not like the large restaurant locations. Westside and even Dominos is much better.
