I'm not normally a fan of any kind of pubs but this.....this is an exception. This is a beautiful place to stop after a long walk, my family and I did go on a Tuesday when the kitchen was closed but that didn't matter. Reece was an absolute pleasure to be around, the true picture of a publican. He chatted with my husband, made us feel very welcome and let the kids play. The decor is beautiful, I love the hops around the ceiling and the barrel tables were a perfect touch. I absolutely loved the little knook. We stayed for over an hour enjoying the company while rehydrating after being lost My only regret is we didn't have time to return before our holiday ended.
