Did you know that the first Rubio's was a walk-up taco stand in Mission Bay, San Diego? This location is pretty good as well.

The restaurant often seems more appealing in my mind than it actually is. The food is tasty, and I’ll definitely return, but little things, like having to ask for salsa, can be frustrating. I just wish I had the freedom to get my own salsa.
