I came here after work and the chicken is great! I got the half chicken with mash potatoes and rice with flour tortillas perfect combination and the salsa always so fresh and cold. Thank you el pollo loco!

Ordered the beef quesadilla, and was sooo disapointed i paid $10.00, and it was cold, no avocado, and the cheese wasnt even melted, flat, what a disappointment!...never ever again!!

Ordered 8 pcs combo. All the chickens were so dried. Stay away from this

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru was trying to get extra tortillas its like they are getting it taken outta their paycheck or something lmao.... was good before but you gotta retrain the cashier cause wasnt very commutative wether i wanted anything else assumed i was done ordering.

They always forget something in our order. The last two times, they forget one of our sides. Check your order before you leave. El pollo loco needs to bring back the black beans and stop being so stingy with their salsa. No matter what one I go to, they ask what salsa you want, and every time it never fails, they give what they want to.
