Varias And Function Center - STANTHORPE

The service ambiance and food presentation was excellent. Varias is part of the Queensland College of Wine Tourism and showcases local produce and wines. The menu is available on their website.

Every time we visit Stanthorpe, Varias is a must and book early! Superb new menu highly recommend the kangaroo 10/10, duck and wash down with the Banca Ridge sparkling red, and maybe take home a bottle or two. Cheers chef and college crew.

Definitely worth going here when you are in Stanthorpe. Some of the best food I have eaten in a long time. Service was great and of course a great wine menu. Before or after lunch, you can also do wine testing of the college wines in the foyer. Loved it!!

Quality food and great service at a super reasonable price! The cauliflower bites (with blue cheese mayo dipping), kangaroo steak and the cheeseburgers are truly outstanding and one of the best we’ve ever had. Very impressed with the whole experience. The restaurant, being run and managed by QCWT staff and students, is pretty much in the same league as many fine dining restaurants, which would’ve charged twice or 3 times as much!
