ASK Italian Stamford

The restaurant has a charming Italian-themed decor, is impeccably clean, and has incredibly friendly staff. The dishes took a bit longer to arrive, but that's because they are freshly cooked, which is a good sign. Although there was a mix-up with my order at first, the staff quickly rectified the mistake and I ended up receiving exactly what I had ordered. I highly recommend the risotto, which my daughter ordered. After trying it, I wish I had ordered the same dish as it was delicious. Overall, it's a great place for a pleasant lunch, with reasonable prices. I would definitely come back again.

We stopped at ASK for lunch during our visit to Stamford. We were warmly welcomed and seated by a helpful and friendly staff member. Due to our intolerance to chilli and curry, our menu options were limited, but we were able to find two delicious main courses that suited us well. For dessert, we enjoyed two tasty Sicilian lemon tarts. Our bill was discounted with the use of my Blue Light card. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a nice delicious meal with friends my baby. the waiter offered great service, even an activity leaf crayons for my little one. we all had a nice time to catch up. I

Good food and generally good service. the presentation of the bill lasted something, while due to a busy period and only thought that the waitress could have been a bit more remarkable if we paid the bill and left a tip. Nobody said goodbye when we were gone. I just have to go the extra mile for 5 stars.

I've been here a few times. they usually go on Wednesday night when it's a little quieter. had the mushroom al forno for appetizers, followed by a new menu item, pollo prosciutto, which is very well presented and among 500 calorie for those looking for their figure. for the desolate I had two creatures heavenly sorbet, again very beautiful. the service was good, the lady who took our orders was pleasant and helpful and the cost were as expected. we never felt hurried and could enjoy our meal. as I was on my way to meet friends who lived in and around stamford and I made a 50 mile trip to eat with them, I had no reservations as it was always a great culinary experience.
