Taco Bell - Stamford

Here's a sweat. I never want to go into a taco bell, not only in stamford ct. for beginners it is dirty and have not the smartest people working there. I went to eat and there were about 9 workers in the back, the half of them stood on their handys with hits from somewhere else only laughing 10-15 minutes past and I didn't even put a job yet. No one told me a word until I finally had to get someone's attention and one said, please hold a little. I waited another 5 minutes to watch how they put together order from the drive thru and let them just say I will never eat there again. it's just dirty and nobody helps me. never again.

If I were a zero star rating. the worst taco bell I have ever ordered. never picked up the phone, no matter how many times I called. I've been treating my Uber drivers like a mash. if they can't order that needs to be said. never order from these youngs again.

When they use the running gear, they check their pocket before they go. unless the manager works in the window, they can get the wrong order, lack a straw, or just have a fire sauce. otherwise it is like any other taco bell.

The caregiver was very unprofessional and had an inappropriate attitude with the personal.

Obviously they were short staffed and showed in the inability to keep the dining room clean. Every restaurant we have visited on this trip seems to have rhis issue. However, they excelled in the food prep. We arrived during lunch, they were busy and appeared only 3 people working drive thru and prep. I watched the one person tasked with our food prep efficiently put it together with care and most importantly label. I rarely have staff label (even to wrap appropriately so the correct label is out). She not only wrapped appropriately but she took the additional step of labeling veg and steak to differentiate items wrapped similarly. TB has invested in wrappers that make this task easy and this is the first person I have seen take advantage of this step. That one step made it a five star experience for me. When I have several family members I am doling out items to and I do NOT have to unwrap the product to guess what I need to give to each person- that makes my day! That person should make employee of the year!
