Pieology Pizzeria, Stamford

I quite enjoyed the pizza here, being able to create a custom pie from scratch is a great model. I get exactly what I want the way I want it. Pieology also has a standard menu in case you don't want to go through the hassle of building a custom pie. it'susually pretty dead on Sundays so you can just walk on in, no wait, and friendly service.

We order from Pieology all the time and always had a good experience. There was this one time (actually today) that the pizzas were burnt special mention to Dennis who made it a point to replace our order and hand delivered it himself. Great customerservice by him.

I ordered on Uber eats. The first thing I saw was a missing gap in my pizza then I noticed the slice on top is from a completely different pie as it doesn?t align. From the looks of this they are re-using slices from other pies. When I order from arestaurant I expect a freshly made pizza pie. I don?t want to be deceived by puzzled pieced pizza. I?m honestly disappointed.It?s not my first time ordering from here but it?s definitely my last.

Felt a bit neglected when I walked in yesterday evening (7/29) and wasn?t greeted or asked to be assisted. I walked to the cash register area to pick up, and was still not greeted. This was my first time in the establishment so I didn?t know where to wait.Another woman walked in and was instantly asked if she was here to pick up. I had to speak loudly to get the attention of thegentleman to ask if my order was ready. The pizza is good, but I did feel weird that the same sort of greeting and attentionwasn?t given to me.

I definitely could?ve taken a better picture of my pie lol but omg it was SO DELICIOUS!! SO FRESH AND FLAVORFUL 10/10 would recommend! The staff was friendly with great customer service which is always a plus! Next time I?m in Stamford I will be back!It was either Thai food or pieology pizza, I must say I made the right decision!! PS the house salad was amazing!! Pairedperfectly with my veggie pesto pie
