Contribuiți la feedbackWhy does your staff take so long to assist customers? Whether in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant, I found myself waiting for at least 30 minutes before anyone attended to me. This is unacceptable customer service.
You all certainly take your time with such a simple order.
I had a much better experience enjoying fried chicken at a KFC than in the Bronx. I had sworn off KFC for good, but someone convinced me it was worth giving it another try.
"The customer service was friendly and welcoming, but I had some concerns about the food preparation. The chef had his mask pulled down and wiped his nose with his glove before continuing to prepare the food. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they mistakenly addressed someone else instead of the person actually preparing the food. I mentioned the correct person, yet they didn't acknowledge my concern. It's important to keep an eye on how your food is prepared."
Avoid this place like the plague! The staff there seems to be incredibly incompetent. We’ve ordered delivery several times, and each time there has been an issue with missing items. We keep waiting a few months in between to give them another chance, hoping things will improve, but we just end up disappointed again. The receipt clearly states two Pot Pie Fillups. While you might argue that it says one in some way, we definitely ordered two, yet all we received were a drink and a cookie. This place really needs to close down. There’s another option just 10 minutes away in Norwalk that will gladly take our business!
