Only 1 person working in the front with a long line of customers on a Sunday morning. It took more than 30 minutes to get a coffee and a bagel. Please whoever is in charge, do your part and schedule an extra person during busy hours. The team was doing their best but it was hard for them to keep up.

I showed my phone to the staff member, but they informed me that I couldn't pay with it. After paying for my drinks, I attempted to scan for rewards, only to receive a smirk and be told that it wasn't possible to connect for those points. A simple refund could have resolved this issue and allowed me to earn the rewards points. This experience demonstrated terrible customer service.
