Moshi Coffee - Staffordshire Moorlands

The coffee was excellent and the young woman serving was very friendly and polite. However, the kitchen staff were seen preparing food without wearing gloves, leading to missed or incorrect orders. They seemed to deflect blame onto others for their mistakes.

Lovely coffee shop. Good menu too. Quite busy it seems. One poor point is how staff seem to be treated. One young lady seemed to bear the brunt of this from other members of staff I felt so sorry for her. Should be teamwork not hard work! (Worked in hospitality 20+ years) She was doing a fabulous job with limited help.

This is an amazing restaurant. The homemade food is fantastic, especially the soup. The staff is outstanding, friendly, and polite. Highly recommend!

We are regular visitors to this place, I can honestly say I rarely have a coffee that is hot but today it was barely tepid and the whole group commented the same!!! The radiators were stone cold and the room was very cold. There was no hot water to wash your hand after visiting the toilet. Terrible state of affairs. We did complain to a member of staff who said oh I’ll turn it up. Turn it on might help!!
