Contribuiți la feedbackThe food at this restaurant was terrible, with cheap ingredients used for breakfast. It was not worth the price of $9.50, as the cake was stale and had mold on it. It was a total rip off.
The baguette used to make my egg mayonnaise sandwich looked as if it had never seen the inside of an oven. It also arrived with bacon in it, good job I'm not a vegetarian! The ice cream milkshake I ordered, didn't have any ice cream in it! My Other Half's was exactly the same, but he'd ordered chips, which credit where it's due, were edible. One to avoid.
Called in on a visit to Leek had the scone and a pot of tea. It was very nice BUT butter, jam and cream in little paper pots!!! Surely would be better to invest in small glass pots and better for the enviroment.Staff were friendly but service slow
I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. The tables were dirty and the chef seemed to only know how to use the microwave. The full breakfast I ordered was terrible - the bacon was hard and dry, the eggs were hard, and the sausages were cheap. Luckily, my bad experience served as a warning to the guests at the table next to me, and I was able to advise them not to eat there. The hash browns were so overcooked they were browner than David Dickinson! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place for the sake of your own health. I paid £9.25 for a plate of unacceptable food.
I visited this restaurant on Saturday, May 27th, 2023. The weather was lovely so we sat outside. We ordered two cheese on toast (total of 4 slices), a traditional pasty, a tea, an Oasis drink, and a Fruit Shoot. The total bill came to just over £25.00. I was surprised by how expensive it was, especially since there was no garnish on the dishes. In fact, the cheese on toast was forgotten and we had to wait a long time for it to be prepared. There are better and more affordable cafes further up the road. I feel like I was overcharged, can someone please look into this?
