Ordered a toasted sandwich for my elder mother it was a sandwich not toasted . I asked if it could be toasted Brown not bread . The boy felt it as he was walking back to kitchen with his hands (no gloves The toasted sandwich came back half cooked and when my mother went to eat it she opened it up and there was only half a slice of cheese on the bread . Presentation was terrible not even cut in half or quarters . Coffee was awful had a bitter after taste. I have owned a coffee shop business and I know what is presentable and what is edible . The girl was so rude when I complained about the sandwich . Never again would I spend one cent In That business . I should have looked at the reviews before dining there .if I could give NO STARS I WOULD.

My brother and I had a delightful brunch at Cafe 63 today. I was particularly impressed by the customer service provided by Algi, a new staff member. Despite being new, Algi was friendly and incredibly helpful. Our Chai Lattes were outstanding, and the meals were delicious. Cafe 63 offers great value for money. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Brunch.
