Domino's Pizza - Stafford

I ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza but received a hand tossed banana pepper and bacon pizza instead. I called Domino's to let them know about the mix-up and asked for the correct pizza to be delivered. The person I spoke to on the phone said I would need to provide proof of the mistaken pizza in order to receive the one I paid for, or else I would have to pay for it again. I was disappointed in the way Domino's handled the situation and will be switching to Papa John's in the future. The photo shows my receipt and the incorrect pizza I received. UPDATE: My pizza was delivered to the wrong location, so I may be able to exchange it with the person who received mine. I prefer not to eat a pizza that has already been given to someone else.

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant several times through the app, as the deals are better. The pizza slices are comically uneven, but I have never received a perfectly cut pizza from this place. However, the employees are always working hard behind the counter. Despite being a busy and popular store, ordering pizza is a breeze and it tastes delicious!

I live in a different state and ordered dinner for my daughter who lives nearby. I requested for them to write "Love Mom And Dad" on the box, and to my surprise, they did. I thought that was very kind of them. Thank you to the staff at Garrisonville Road Dominos for fulfilling my request. By the way, my daughter said her pizza was delicious!

Good pizza as a rule. We always chhose to carry out. This visit was unusual in that only one employee knew how to use the register. Customer ahead of me called in the order and it took them 5 minutes to find it and try to finish paying for his order.I could have been out of there sooner if there was more than one competent front man out of the dozen employees working thatnight.

I received excellent service from Thalia when placing my order. She was friendly and willing to make adjustments to the order. We need more people like her in the industry. Keep up the good work!
