Applebee's Grill - Stafford

Went there. Sat 30 minutes waiting for a table. The place wasn't busy but no wait staff was the issue. Have no idea how the food is. The place was very quiet and appeared clean. We left without being seated at a table.

The service is prompt and friendly. Our Associate is attentive and light-humored. The ambiance is dim, relaxed and laid back. The music is seducing. The wall photos are of local accomplishments. The riblets started off tasting glorious but as time continued they lost their luster upon me. The fries as well. They started off hot and cooled off super fast.

Worest service don't sit in bar area. You'll wait forever to get cold food. Then you have to ask for a manager that doesn't come until he sees you looking at him. Wasted 2 hours ..not worth 1 star...

A Message from Applebees corporate: Wow with so many similar complains here? is not time to take a visit to your franchisee at this location? i would love to see an improvement

My boyfriend and I came in tonight for dinner. Jennifer was our server and she was so attentive and just great. We were greeted by a nice lady when we came in and from the time we went in to the time we left everything was wonderful. We ordered some drinks from the bar, I got the Bahama Mama and my bf got the LIT and a house marg. For an app we got the Loaded Waffle Fries they were fantastic. For dinner I got the fist and chips and he got the Prime Rib Dip. Honestly, everything was great. We'll definitely be back!
