The rooms are different in the equipment. Make sure to book. We had a renovated view of the market, kettle with hot drinks and minibar. That's not how it was in the single room. They feel welcome with flowers, water and a whirlpool. But the best is breakfast, I've never seen anything like that. No heating equipment, egg and coffee specialties are freshly prepared. The selection varies and leaves nothing to be desired. Quiet music and a fireplace provide a cosy ambience. Unfortunately, we were the last day before the end of the season when breakfast was all tied together at the already empty tables. This has made the cosiness a little, so a very small minus point, although I can also understand that after a strenuous half year one stretches the day. Dinner at the hotel is quite expensive and somewhat cheaper. For the above-average breakfast I would come back at any time. Very good starting point for all companies and the noodles are also very tasty, in the hotel cheaper than in the fine food business next door.

Excellent; my warmest recommendation. 1a Location with beautiful view from the terrace to the Bastei, ideal starting point for hikes and excursions (Wehlen is located directly at the entrance to the Uttewalder Grund including the Devil's Square, Rock Gate, Shearing Ground with Strudel Pot etc. On the cheese buffet, almost casually underlined as French cheese selection, among other things an Époisses in perfect ripening condition. Where else do you find her? In the restaurant 1881 (depending on the reservation limited, but fine selection; Map is online. From the day ticket Hirschrücken auf Maronenpüree am Kürbisconfit: a huge, delicate piece, perfectly seasoned and au-spot cooked for under 30 €. Also recommend the delicious pasta dishes from own production (approx. 20 €). Very friendly team and measured on the offered performance(! extremely moderate prices for rooms and meals. Definitely worth a multi-day stay.

We spent a sunny autumn holiday at the Manufaktur Hotel. This family-run hotel really meets all the requirements of kindness, service and quality! It was great fun to be there. Thanks again to Chef Mario Lucia and the team in kitchen, restaurant and service. We like to come back!
