Wimpy's Diner - St. Thomas

Four of us went to Wimpy's in St Thomas and ordered food. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Our food was all cold and disappointing. We paid nearly $5 for 10 fries, $2.50 for lumpy and inedible gravy, and the burger bun was dripping in fat, making it soggy. The wrap was tasteless and we ended up leaving half of it uneaten. I expressed my disappointment to the waitress as we left, but there was no apology from anyone. Only two other tables were occupied, and it seems that the quality of the food has declined since Mike and Brandy left. If they do not change the cook, I predict that this place will soon close. I would not recommend Wimpy's to anyone.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast and were disappointed to find out they had no hot drinks available. Additionally, we were not pleased to see that the food was being served in Styrofoam containers, so we decided to leave. The next day, we returned for breakfast again, as it used to be our favorite spot. However, there was only one waitress working and the place was full. We observed that only a couple of tables had received their food. A family with three young children informed us that they had been waiting for an hour. We decided to leave once again. It seems like they need to bring back the previous staff, who were outstanding. We are now searching for a new breakfast spot, as we have not been satisfied with the food quality during our last few visits.

Disgusting place. If you want covid go here. No one asked for proof of vaccination. Waitress took paper menu's away after we ordered to reuse instead of them being the placemats. Asked for drink with my meal 2 times and never got it as well as asked for toast we never got. Waitress kept calling us honey dear etc. I find this repulsive considering we are twice her age. Breakfast was not what we expected from our visits to other Wimpy's. Will not ever return to this location.

We recently had lunch at Wimpys in St Thomas which has a large menu. Our server was very friendly. Our meal arrived quickly. I had an open face hot beef for lunch was wasnt bad except the potatoes were cold when i received my lunch. Will try again. They have a large menu plus all day breakfast.

The senior's special at this restaurant is great, as it includes coffee with refills. I recommend going for the regular or scrambled eggs instead of the poached ones. The turkey bacon and ham were delicious, and they don't charge extra for rye bread.
