On one hand, it's an absolute disaster. There's constant chaos, and it seems to overwhelm the place at times. I'm surprised that it manages to function at all. On the other hand...
The guy with the nose ring who was working there wasn't much help. When I first asked for cards, I ended up getting 4 children's cards for the second time, and it was quite overwhelming.
