Barefoot Buddha - St Thomas

We ordered smoothies, lattes, a coconut cake, and a bagel with cashew cream cheese. Everything was tasty and the restaurant has a restroom. Parking is available at the back of the restaurant.

This lovely café has a cozy atmosphere and offers counter service. They have two vegan lunch options, one vegan breakfast option, and a vegan soup of the day. You can also choose from a variety of coffee, tea, and smoothies. The Moroccan mint tea was excellent, but be sure to ask for it without honey. The vegan cake they offer is delicious, and they also have a small gift shop inside. There are both inside and outside seating options, and parking is available right outside.

It felt like I was at home in this cozy restaurant with a friendly staff. The noodle bowl was fresh and excellent, and they were able to easily accommodate my vegan diet.

The cashew cheese spread was delicious. I got it on a bagel as a sandwich with veggies. They have smoothies too.
