Waited in line for over ten minutes as if they were taking orders then doing that order before going on to next customer! When received my chilli cheese burritos there was hardly any filling in them! Thus the one star rating. Come on Taco Bell you?ve donereally great before!
The people there are super friendly. Amanda and Jenna (I think thats her name. Sorry I forgot. Cute/red hair? are the best! If you go there enough, they will remember your name and favourite order. That?s not a guarantee that they will remember your name.just my personal experience : they make better tacos than the other locations somehow. It?s Taco time! PS to corporate?bringback the chives on the fries supreme!!!!
Picked up 4 soft tacos and asked for hot sauce. Got home; there were 3 mild sauces and the tacos were cold! Staff need better customer service !
Rude and ignorant staff, wish I could give zero stars! Went inside to place an order and was completely ignored by five or six employees who were all chatting away in another language, except the woman at the drive thru window (giving credit where creditis due). Eventually someone who looks like the manager came forward to the register, but only to take a reading and alsocompletely ignored me. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they?re having a meeting about somethingimportant as they were all still chattering away, until one of them came up to the counter, immediately turned his back to meand leaned on it. Within seconds another guy leaned up against the counter, also with his back to me, as they continued talkingexcitedly. I should mention that before walking in the restaurant I saw four or five of them piling out of a newer sports car,so I?m assuming that?s what they were all speaking about. I?ve had enough at this point, so instead of dragging them over thecounter by their scrawny little necks and bashing their heads together, while demanding some simple respect and actual customerservice, I simply left the restaurant there?s no way I?d eat the food if I have to raise a fuss to get it. Hopefully the nextperson who gets treated that way shows less restraint than I did, and let?s them know first hand what it?s like to bedisrespected in a Taco Bell. This restaurant should have the staff completely replaced, including the management and franchisee.
