Chili's Grill - St. Tammany Parish

We went to this Chili’s on Monday. Nov 20, 2023 at around 7 pm. We were asked how many by a very unfriendly hostess. She appeared to be preparing a table for us, came back and just stood there, so we assumed we could take our seat. After 10 15 minutes of being completely ignored, we finally got up and left. The people who came in after us also gave up and left. We know that because we ran into them at the Panera Bread across the street. If I could post a review with no stars I would.

My word! From the sweet spicey chicken, 3 for $10.00 actual food, To quick services. Just around the corner from Brewster and if on Brewster just follow it all the way around and you see ? on the left. Worth the drive. Say hey to the friendly guys and gals. Some specials are 2 meals for a special price. Ask for what's new.

Chili's can be hit or miss... but lately, it's been a hit. I think recent changes have made a big difference... or maybe it's just this location. Came in for a quick meal and had pretty good service, and the food was as we expected.

I brought my oldest son in for lunch on his 17th bday on even though he didn’t want me to, they humored me and sang to him for the last time! (A yearly tradition) We kept it simple and only ordered appetizers and his did take a while to make it to the table… but otherwise everything was great! Service was great and friendly and drinks never ran out! We will definitely be back!!

The fajitas were delicious. The server is always so friendly and attentive. The table was clean, but the seats were not clean. The restaurant wasn't full, only one other customer when we walked in...so better attention should have been paid to the cleanliness of the seats.
