During our travels, this restaurant has become our go-to spot for lunch on the way there and breakfast on the way back. The homemade buns are huge and incredibly delicious, but the real standout is the fish chowder filled with large chunks of fish. It's absolutely delicious. They also offer gluten-free options, catering to a variety of dietary needs. The fact that locals frequent this restaurant speaks volumes about its quality. There truly is something for everyone here.
The Dagwood sandwich is my favorite at this restaurant, made with their freshly baked homemade rolls every day. It's so delicious! The coconut cream pie is also amazing. The service is always excellent here. Highly recommended!
We found this place just by accident and even though it might not look like much on the outside the staff is amazing and the food is delicious. Prices are very reasonable.
The wife and I had breakfast here on our way up to Cape Breton Island. Service was very good and quick. Nice quaint little place where a lot of the locals go to eat. Will be back next time through.
Good menu selection. The staff was nice and the food was good. I had a lobster roll and my wife had soup.
