Tim Hortons - St Roch

Good to see Tim Hortons in Rochester. Some of the items in the menu are slightly different from the Canadian menu. Would like to see more clean washroom.

Ever time I go here they make my coffee wrong All the time

The food is often a bit overdone but the coffee is good and the employees are genuinely nice every time I go through.

Avoid this dump. Went way out there as it was open when other Tims were closed... but don't bother. They are out of common items, no donuts, no Iced Caps, no sandwiches, no soup. Staff was so out of it, probably too busy on TikTok for me. Repeated my order 3 times and they still messed up.Only can hope they take hygiene and food prep more serious than doing their simple job. I got to Dunkin instead and I hate it... thats how bad Rochester Tims are.

This location is poorly ran the staff there is very rude it always smells like dirty mop water, the drive-through is torn up I can keep going on. You can’t even get a coffee Without wrecking your car or being given a bad attitude, as well as they don’t give you sleeves with your coffee, I specifically asked how come they don’t do this and it was told to me you have to ask for it. This location Truly needs to be revised as it comes to general management, because I live up the street and I rather go out of my way to a different Tim Hortons then to visit this location and it’s only five minutes away from my house. Not sure if Sam is the manager, but if so things strongly probably need to change.
