Contribuiți la feedbackI placed an order on July 4th at 7:30 pm. I didn't realize they closed at 8 or I would have thought twice as to not hold then up. (Didnt realize this till 8:45) Either way the whole experience was a mess.i tied to call 3x at 8:45 and had no answer and rhe shop was closed. At this point I assumed I was not getting my meal. No big deal will get a refund the next day. I then went and got food elsewhere. Nope that is not how it happened. At 9:45/50 they show up at my door apologized sorta. Hot sub was barely warm, cold subs had cheese partially melted from sitting next to the hot sub for to long. None of the subs were made correctly. So I didn't even get what I ordered. I called next day talked with owner/manager. Said didn't know if could do a refund as he had already cashed out for the day but would try. He had offered store credit first but I refused as I had experience with this and it doesn't work or it is a very small amount. This was a 65.00 plus order. I waited a couple of days to see if he could figure it out and then called back when I hadn't heard anything. My response was a curt no refunds and them ended the call. I used to order from here weekly, then became maybe monthly because of all the mistakes. Then it became rare now never again. Customer service sucks. I did make a complaint to the bbb. Will see but sad that it came to that. Used to love that place.
Used to be awesome. Now just meh. Pizza is generally good, but pricey. Last 2 times I ordered a sub, I either got the wrong ingredients or forgotten ingredients. Maybe they just don’t read the order slip as carefully as they used to. Food is really good, but I’d like to get what I ordered. Edit: also, as the prices increase, the portion size seems to be shrinking. What used to be a 14” medium pizza has shrunk to a mere 10”. You’re better off with the super slice. Edit after response: I measured the pizza in the box, it was exactly 10” across.
Our street is difficult to find. We ordered , for delivery, right before closing . The driver texted us and we realized he could not find us. We kept in contact and eventually we connected. The pizza was semi warm so we put it in the microwave…… it was delicious! We give them a 10 for effort!
Order a cheese burger plat with double fries and meat sauce and got cold soggy fries and Buffalo sauce so I called them was told that is not possible was made fresh and I was playing games with him told me to bring it back for a refund so I did got there told the guy that I would just like to get a new Plat and was told no just take the money and get out and going to block my number so I can't order again wow really really good customer service and the way to get people to come back and was a $25 dollar garbage Plat and was a real garbage plat
We order here at the Charlotte location once a month sometimes twice a month. We have it delivered. That being said not once since we've been ordering food here has it ever came hot. The owners refunded it . The owner's has given us a store credit before for this issue. Tonight we ordered a steak sub and a roast beef sub both hot and an order of pizza logs. It was disgustingly cold. I didn't even bother calling in and complaining cuz I get tired of the same excuses! Every time I order from here and have a bad experience I say I'm never going to order again. Then I want to try to support my community eat local and it's just never works out with this location. Totally dissatisfied.
