Village Inn - St. Petersburg

Absolutely loved it. the line cook is definitely on point today.I ordered the California skillet literally the best thing I've had for breakfast in such a long time

My food was a very poor serving. I felt someone eat half of it in the kitchen. It used to be better, flavor hasn't changed portions are less than half of the size that used to be and they didn't provide my sides either.

Went to the Village Inn because the restaurant next door was overcrowded and didnt want to wait and receive bad service for being so busy, so went next door to try the Village Inn where I was greeted and seated right away. They offered a few country style dinners and breakfast all day. I ordered the top sirloin I think it was 9oz. It was good overall, could have been a little more tender. The restaurant was clean. There It was no over crowded. The waitress Eva was kind and very attentive. I enjoyed my dinner overall compared to most places today. And I was treated like an actual customer. So kudos to The Viallge Inn in Seminole St Pete. They get 5 stars today in my book.

Let’s start off with the portion sizes. I got plenty of food and I’m a very big boy. Next the food is very delicious. I got biscuits and gravy and they were amazing. The steak and eggs was cooked perfectly, the waffles were big and fluffy, the country fried steak was perfectly breaded and the pancakes were perfect. They are also known for their pies. This was an amazing dinning experience.

Husband ordered the 2 Egg Breakfast with grilled pork chops, hash browns, and 3 pancakes $12.99 .30¢ for strawberry sauce). I ordered the 2 Egg Breakfast with bacon, hash browns, and 3 pancakes $9.99 .79¢ for shredded cheddar cheese). Food arrived hot delicious. This is our 2nd visit at this location. We also enjoyed the free slice of pie. 1 Key Lime for the hubby and 1 Mixed Berry for me to take home.
