Sushi Inc - St. Petersburg

Ring of Fire, 1st Ave, and Tempura Philly. Crab rangoon were small, looked like gyoza, but the filling was good, a lot of krab. I just wish the wrap was better. Rolls are a pretty decent size, the Ring of fire was our favorite, fresh and yummy, also Dessert was amazing. Our server was friendly though. The place definitely needs a remodeling, bathrooms looked like they were in a club, dirty. Seating was comfy but the place just needs to decorate to match the food.

In town for a two day get away, got into St. Pete around 6pm. Was able to walk right in with my wife an I. The service and sushi was fantastic, salmon is my favorite and these guys deliver. A must stop for anyone looking for fast, gourmet sushi.

HUGE sushi fan have it often but this was one of the best we’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly even offered to hold the babe so we could finish our food! Got there about 8:15pm knowing they closed at 9 and they welcomed us happily. Edamame had options for flavor, that was a first for us. Sake was delicious. Just so happened to be half of wine bottle night so got one and was able to take the rest home. If we ever visit at Pete again we will definitely be back! Wish I could remember name of our roll but was the one on the right.

I've visited this restaurant dozens of times over the past few years, and the sushi is consistently excellent—truly the best I've had in St. Petersburg. I've never had a bad experience with the food. However, the service can be quite unpredictable. At times, we've had friendly and attentive staff, while other times the service has felt distant and indifferent. If you sit at the bar, though, you're likely to have a fantastic experience.

I tried the steamed bun appetizer, and I loved the Korean BBQ flavor—it was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the spicy salmon roll and thought it was fantastic. We were just looking for a quick lunch, but I definitely want to return to this place in the future! Food: 5/5
