Starbucks - St. Petersburg

I had the worst experience ever at this location. My signature frappuccino had the same consistency as coffee. The clerk refused to scan my card for points. Today, there were no smiling faces! I think I just lost my appreciation for Starbucks.

It's a bit of a hit or miss experience. Some staff members are fantastic, putting a lot of attention and care into crafting their drinks, while others don't seem to focus enough to get it right. I've found myself lingering a bit longer at times because the team often seems overwhelmed and could use more support.

I stopped by Target and decided to grab a coffee on my way out. I wasn't in the mood for anything elaborate, just wanted an iced coffee. I asked the barista to whip up something she thought would be delicious. She was the only one working, but she made sure I loved my drink before I left. I will definitely return to get my drinks from her, even with the long lines since she was handling everything on her own. It was totally worth the wait! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was fantastic!

I go there all the time, in past 2 weeks they have messed up 7 of my orders, No expresso when ask for it, I get DAIRY milk instead of almond milk, Fill the cup HALF WAY, they make the wrong drink all together. This place ran SO MUCH BETTER WITH MITCH, Now its just kids that cant make proper drinks...... Choose a better location.

Got my usually hot white chocolate mocha here the other day while shopping even my man said it was extra delicious. Thanks for the great coffee guys, I definitely got that first sip feeling!
