We visited on our family vacation. The service would have been great other than the sexual comments made to my husband by the male bartender. His name was Bryan. It made my husband feel very uncomfortable! The hotel provided great service and they shouldn't have to suffer because of one employee.

Scheduled a 911 ride we have done for 4 years that stop at the tiki .Called ahead to confirm that afternoon .When we got there with 18 people ,the bartender in the tiki was overwhelmed and stressed And very rude! He could have been happy to have our business but not so much. We ended up going down to the restaurant/ bar and Erin was fantastic! Alot of the people that came had never been there before .Not a good impression for them .But hopefully that doesn't mean they don't come back .Love the place but he needs to go!

When is the mullins group going to open the bart back up?

The bartender slash waitress was not only rude to us, but to others. She has much to be desired. She not only took our cash, but charged our visitors for ours again before she changed shift at 4:30 pm. Nor gave us a receipt. She left in a hurry. She made a comment while I was at the bar to a patron, “ This is the second time I have to wipe up behind you!” Wow, he was very apologetic! Wow Nepa Hut, please get A Friendly Server!
