Ceviche St. Petersburg

If you've visited the previous location, you'll notice a few changes, particularly in the décor, which is less Spanish than before. However, don't be deceived— the food is still excellent. The menu style is consistent, offering tapas-sized dishes (essentially small appetizers). Every dish is prepared with great care and is packed with flavor. My only disappointment was that the lamb was overcooked. I had been eagerly anticipating their reopening, and I'm truly glad we had the chance to try the new Ceviche's restaurant.

This restaurant is stunning both inside and out, situated right across from the downtown St. Petersburg Pier and Park. The service is quick, attentive, and friendly. Even when the restaurant gets busy, the staff makes you feel like you’re their only customer. Their specials are reasonably priced, and they inform you in advance if any items are sold out. Our food arrived promptly, was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious! The tapas-style desserts were surprisingly generous in size, and we loved every bite. The ceviche was definitely a highlight for us. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely delicious! The ceviche and paella were the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it. It’s a bit pricey for the portion sizes, but the quality is top-notch.

Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area. the charcuterie was beyond my expectations by far, and of course the ceviche was wonderful, although mild. pretty much everything else was a hit, too. it was crowded at times but worth it, enough that my party went two days in a row :

We've loved this restaurant for years, back in it's old location. The new and improved restaurant is lovely. The paella is delicious and worth the wait. Try the patatas bravas and the gaspacho!
