Chipotle White Bear Ave - St Paul

Love Firehouse subs in general; but this place is best mediocre. We have visited this site over the years and have noticed a dramatic decline in quality food, cleanliness and staff since Kovid. Our last visit was when it took my questionable nature to sanitary conditions to write this review and never back. I noticed that an employee sweeps and removed garbage, who later put on gloves without washing hands. My important other must avoid milk due to an intolerance by care, can only assume that a simple cross-contamination of sauces and surfaces with our newborn caused a 'slip'. My background is in healthcare, so I take the hygiene practices seriously, so I advise everyone who asks questions to avoid this place. I can only assume that property / management are focused on baseline, unlike spending a few extra dollars to go the distance; that is the case in the food industry.

The staff was super, pleasant and efficient. Zachary was very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is just redeemed so that a bit difficult was to get in and out.

On Saturday 10/22 my family thought of a few sandwiches. We waited 8 minutes before we greet and ask for our order. There were two people sitting on food when we arrived and then we. It seemed the employee needed time to finish so that we waited patiently. We ordered it, but we never give it. Help for children drinks or said to get chips. We ordered at 12:54. At 1:20 my name was called. Others came while we were waiting. There were two employees at the time of our order. When we got our bag, it was covered with sauces and other stuff. Each container was fucked with sauce and some kind of jelly. My daughters meat was wet. And my container was so creepy that I got sick. We showed the bag and the containers to the employee who had arrived We?re finally served (now 3 employees) and she lifted her voice and was annoyed. She said they didn't change her gloves and ripped them off without excuse. We asked for a refund, but my partner said: the purpose of the FIng gloves is to keep the food safe and clean? so threatened not to reimburse the F from their store and went well over five minutes to call the police and annoy me when I tried to get the kids out. It was terrible and unprofessional and clear, they did not care that they served unsanitary food. She was not apologetic at all and then did not refund the full amount, although she got the food back and continued to kiss and threatened us.

Customer service is a joke here. 10:37 on Friday and it seems my sandwich is the last thing someone thinks. The person behind the counter cannot open her eyes so high. There do all prep work and do not care about the actual customers in the store.

At least the food here is great even though the employees attitudes that work here is a joke. Came back and literally waiting over 15min for someone to even take our order. I won't be back at NOT to this location!!
