Ishita did not disappoint — from the free off-street parking and cleanliness of the joint to the table service and the quality of of the food. The char siu pork buns were flavorful and light. The bonofito flakes danced atop the tokoyaki (surprisingly ordered with complete fluidity on account of his familiarity with the dish due to his passion for manga). The edamame was fine. I ordered the niku soba ramen in a tonkotso broth. Delish. Cleaned the bowl. We also had the seafood ramen and crispy chicken ramen, all lovely to behold and flavorful without being overly salty. A win all around for three dudes the week before school starts again.
Best ramen joint in the cities, do not be fooled by imposters. Magnificent ramen, even better service and hospitality. ¡Highly recommend the char siu!
Ramen was good. I definitely had better but its still pretty good. Good portion of noodles and condiments in the Ramen. I wish it was spicier. I got the Shar Char Ramen (something like that). Only one waitress when I went in but service was still pretty fast. Takoyaki balls were on the smaller side but really good.
The stir fry Ramen was very tasty. Healthy portion, and great flavour. Service was great.
First time we visited this establishment. We will be back! Ramen was plentiful and delicious, and the atmosphere in the the place was great! Having visited Japan five times now, I will say the tonkatsu Niku Soba I ate was outstanding. A bit sweeter tonkatsu broth than I am used to, but very flavorful! Ramen soba was perfectly cooked. It went so well with the Sapporo biru, LOL. Prices were good. Service was outstanding.
