Restaurant Caprice - St. Moritz

We have dined here after a long day on travel and while the restaurant was very pleasant eating was very bad. I guess we made the mistake of ordering seafood that were obviously imported. the king prawns in the pasta dish were gummy and the pan. fried bark oily and tasteless. beautiful ambiente, but terrible eating.

When we were in the hotel, we decided to try the restaurant. eating was very good, fresh and the staff very professional. the bonus is the prospect, especially at sunset

We ate every day for breakfast and dinner for overnight in the soldieranella hotel. the breakfast was very thorough. most of our dinners were also very average, but my husband ordered a night with a bark that was unusable. the server are very human, but they were sometimes overwhelmed. the restaurant was never very crowded, but I think they also had to serve the bar above.

Als wir im Hotel waren, haben wir uns dazu entschlossen das Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut, frisch und das Personal sehr professionell. Der Vorteil ist die Aussicht, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang

Das Hotel war zwar nicht billig, aber das ist in der Schweiz nichts Ungewöhnliches. Die Qualität und der Geschmack des Essens rechtfertigen jedoch voll und ganz den Preis. Andere vergleichbare Restaurants können hier nicht mithalten. Der persönliche Service mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen erobert stets die Herzen und dieses Hotel tut dies ganz sicher. Die Pasta mit der würzigen Tomatensauce hat es sogar auf die Spitze unserer Liste geschafft. Daumen hoch!
