Wendy's - St. Louis

I haven't eaten on wendy for a long time, but when I first had eaten here, I had a good experience eating was great, which made me come for more. but this special location does not make any good job at all. I wanted salat they never salat so that I am for chicken nuggets and kesefries, my nuggets is so oily and not fresh yet close to fresh at all. it seems as though they were very old, really hard to eat this second time to this place and I have the same experience smh I know they could do better than this

A sister of me works her and she does a good job to keep the place clean. a clean place to eat and clean food prep station where my food is prepared is quite important for me, so this wendy’s is my favorite.

Here is a sweat! ghetto and unorganized. first I placed a command by door dash that was a wrong one. After talking to the gm asia, she assured me that my order would be fixed and asked me to bring it back. After they have brought back the meal, they invite me for the new meal and then forgot other items in the bag I order. they gave me a wrong district manager. eat them at their own risk.

Drive thru workers to lazy to take separate orders. no coworkers, owner doesn't pay enough to keep the restaurant open, only the drive thru. this business must die so a real business can move.

This location is always busy yet they get the job done in drive thru, no long wait times. The workers are nice my orders are always correct. The inside is never open since covid, but before covid I can say it was a clean establishment.
