Qdoba Mexican Eats - St. Louis

When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no line but we still had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to take our order. The girl who served us seemed to be in a rush and had a bad attitude. We noticed that the kids meal we ordered did not come with a side dish, so we asked for it since we had paid for it. She questioned why we needed the side and seemed reluctant to give it to us. The food was cold and bland. We are regular customers at this restaurant, but the rude service we received made us not want to return. We understand that top-notch service may not always be possible, but a little respect for the customers would go a long way. The restaurant should consider hiring better employees.

The restaurant was clean, but understaffed with only four workers on duty. Despite this, the front line still had to manage mobile orders. Can you imagine? I don't eat at Qdoba often because I prefer Chipotle. Even though the guacamole is "free," they only give you a small scoop. I ordered a bowl with white rice, chicken, black beans, cheese, lettuce, and corn salsa (I forgot to ask for sour cream). Unfortunately, it was dry. This was my third time going to Qdoba.

I used to give this restaurant 5 stars, but after experiencing 5 failed attempts in a row, I am done. They are always out of essential ingredients like rice, beans, and chips. They only accept cash payments. The employees often close the store earlier than the posted time and sometimes remove items from the menu.

Food is fine and it is usually clean, but they do not open or close at posted hours. Whatever hours you want to keep are fine, but post them. Twice it?s made me late or have to scramble for alternative options because the door is locked during ?openhours? so despite being closest to the office I?ll be going to different locations from now on

This place is like any other Qdoba. It is your typical Mexican-American fast food chain. They are quick as the line moves fairly fast. The employees were generous with their portions. The manager is also nice as my coworkers have gotten freebies.
