Food was good... Windows needed cleaning tables needed cleaner and most workers were smoking on the back

The worse experience I've ever had, ordered online to close an hour and that's what I get? You never know what people get dirty, that's beyond respectful and low. The food shouldn't even be cooked? never take my order if you all are half ready

The lack of knowledge and customer service at this point is ridiculous. I wanted gluten-free pasta. They couldn't find out how to order it and tried to talk to me to order the Pesto court. I finally went without order. Ah.

Included in the price is the food not the best and the portions correspond to a frozen meal that you would find at Walmart, except you pay 4 to 5x more. They also give it in the same black plastic bowls. You could at least serve it on beautiful plate with cutlery. Chipotle is worth the money, larger portions, tastier food and costs less. Seriously, not worth the time to travel there. Our 4 meals cost $52 and I felt robbed because I stayed at home and saved 4 frozen, probably tastier meals for about $10 and on gas to boot.

Food was definition of mediocre, service was sub-par. I was the only one in there, the person at the register saw me come in but continued to have a conversation with a coworker, only acknowledged me when I turned around to leave. After ringing up my order she didn't even tell me what I owed just stared at me. After paying I waited for 20 minutes as I watched on of the 5 employees put my meal together while the rest continued to talk loudly and vulgarly. I was hoping the food would be good enough that I would try another location at some point but I'll probably just heat up a frozen dinner instead.
