Applebee's - St. Louis

The service was the high point of the meal, although the cheese (fried curds) appetizer came very close. portions were decent for the price, and everything was properly cooked. parking is plentiful, and it is directly on a large road, so access is easy.

I haven't been with applebee for a few years. I must say that it was a more pleasant visit overall. service and eating were so good. I cooked the sirloin and it was delicious and perfect. our waitress was beautiful. Food: 5/5

I always make sure to double-check my food when I eat at this restaurant because it's often not correct or missing items. However, last night everything was perfect for my rare steak instead of medium. They were fortunate that I don't mind eating rare, as some people might have been upset by how pink my steak was. I would recommend the restaurant to cook their steaks a bit longer. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

My friends and I went to this restaurant for lunch today and had a disappointing experience. One of my friends had to step out and no one came to explain what was happening. After about eight minutes, the lights and music suddenly came back on, but by then our food had gone cold and we were ready to leave. We waited for over 20 minutes to pay our bill and were not given any discount or apology for the inconvenience. When we spoke to the manager, they dismissed our concerns and said they didn't see any need to compensate for something that was out of their control.

I have to acknowledge the manager at this restaurant. She is fantastic - checking if everything is okay, seating guests, helping with food, anything. The customer service is top-notch! The food was delicious!
