Contribuiți la feedbackIf I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst Taco Bell I've visited in the entire United States, and I've been to every state. The service is terrible; if you ask for extra napkins, you won’t get any. If you request a specific hot sauce, they’ll give you a different one. The tacos are stale, the meat tastes bad, and the green tomatoes are unappetizing. I would rather go hungry than eat here. In fact, I will never return, and if you care about your money and health, you shouldn't either.
Everyone loves a late-night meal, but we stopped by during the day and it was quite unwelcoming! The woman at the counter seemed to dislike us and was really rude. The tacos were a bit dry, and the soda was flat. I probably won't return unless it's late at night and I'm really hungry.
This was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations to begin with. After waiting more than 30 minutes for our order on a weeknight at 7 PM, we discovered two items were missing. When we brought it to their attention and requested the missing items, no one seemed to know what was in our bag or what was actually missing. The manager was of no assistance either. We asked for a refund, but they told us it was impossible since we had paid at the kiosk. Ultimately, we took our best guess at the missing items and just wanted to leave. This was supposed to be a quick stop on our road trip, but it turned out to be incredibly frustrating!
I waited 10 mins for a freeze and another 20 for 2 hard shell tacos. They weren't busy so Im not understanding why their customer service is so bad. PLEASE GET NEW EMPLOYEES!
The only thing I was even remotely impressed with here was the quality of our food compared with other taco bells. It was good, hot fresh. That is why they are getting 2 stars instead of one. Service was slow but they were busy so I could overlook that. What I didn't like was the passing the buck, no concern or empathy shown when presented with negative feedback. My Mom and I both visited the ladies room separately and both felt locked in for awhile when the lock stuck. She had to use a tool from her purse to free herself. Imagine if instead it was someone is claustrophobic, had a muscle disorder or a child etc. They would have a problem on their hands. When my mom freed herself she spoke to the manager to inform him of the problem. She told me he didn't seem concerned. As she headed back to me he immediately said something to another employee and they were laughing. Not cool.
