Sonic Drive-in - St. Joseph

I ordered a maishund and a grilled cheese with mayo and tomato. Unfortunately, the maishund was overcooked, resulting in a gummy and tough texture. The grilled cheese didn't have the mayo or tomato I requested and was extremely dry. It appeared to have been placed on the grill without any butter or oil, making it hard and unappetizing. This isn’t the first time I’ve received poor quality food from this place, and I’m really disappointed. I managed to eat the maishund, but I couldn’t bring myself to finish the grilled cheese and had to throw it away.

This restaurant is quite convenient for us, but every time we stop by to order food, there's always an issue with our order, and it takes a long time to receive our meals.

There foot long chili cheese cony dog is a meal in itself and tasty, but coupled with a kirsch limonaden mud. oh yes. food: 5/5

We traveled from outside the city and were told this Sonic is the best of the three in St. Joe. However, I might as well try another location next time. It shouldn't be this difficult to get three drinks ordered through the app. Service might improve if they didn't have two employees taking their break right in the parking lot. The car next to us had to press the button just to get a Diet Coke, and we eventually had to press the button too to acquire our last drink.

I was not impressed.. we ordered drinks online, it took me 20 minutes to drive there, once we got there I let the app know that we were in stalled 15. It took them 20 minutes to get us two drinks. I was able to order a drink for my son at the stall faster than my online order was delivered. I'm not impressed with your online ordering. Make it better.
