Pizza Hut - St. Joseph

Make sure to get your order correct the first time. It took nearly 2 hours to get our food, as it was initially delivered to the wrong address. Eventually, a new order was brought to us, but it was not prompt. If the order had been correct from the start, it would have been a much better experience. The pizza seemed rushed and could have used more attention to detail. Overall, the food tasted average.

On October 8th, I placed an order through a delivery app. After waiting for an hour with no delivery, I called the restaurant and was told they did not have an order for me. Despite this, they had already charged me $30. I drove to the restaurant, showed them my order number and the pending charge on my bank account, but they still claimed they never received my order. They assured me that the charge would be dropped at the end of the day. However, as of October 11th, the charge is still on my account. I called the restaurant multiple times, but was unable to speak to a manager as I was constantly redirected by an automated system.

I was pleasantly surprised by the BBQ sandwich, it exceeded my expectations. The Cajun fries were also impressive, being both crispy and flavorful. I went into the experience with low expectations but left very impressed.

The southend Pizza Hut is a joke. I was charged over 50 dollars and received zero pizza. When I called to see where my delivery was I was told they didn't receive it. Lies! I was told to take up with my bank!

Custom pizzas were excellent and exactly as ordered and on time for the scheduled future delivery.
