Kfc - St. Joseph

This restaurant used to provide excellent service, great food, and everything was always served hot. Recently, however, I've had my order messed up multiple times, the drinks were flat, the chicken was dried out, and I was overcharged. This has happened three times in a row. On the positive side, they were willing to correct the mistakes. I'm hoping they upgrade their staff soon.

I ordered the spicy crispy chicken meal. The fries were good, and my Pepsi was fine too, but the sandwich was disappointing. I expected the breading to be spicy, but it was just coated in a bad sauce. That's just my personal opinion. I write reviews regularly, and if a place deserves a 5-star rating, I’ll gladly give it one.

I won't be returning to this restaurant. After they mistakenly messed up our order, I tried to call them for assistance, but they wouldn't answer the phone. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since we drove 40 minutes to get there. I had a really bad experience overall.

The quality of the chickens has diminished over the years as it seem as if the chickens are small and have more fat than what they used to use years prior. If it wasn't for the Salty,MSG in the seasoning,would anyone comeback?

The staff is rude, and the man is particularly unpleasant. The wings used to be excellent, but now they're terrible. A lady told me her name was Anna, but her attitude was anything but friendly. The workers seem to think they have some sort of connection with me, which is quite strange. I've spoken to other older women who witnessed the same poor treatment. As for accessibility, they claim to be wheelchair-friendly, but it seems like it's only meant for the male staff.
