Awful experience at this restaurant. I ordered the new Chicken Speck Peppermint Ranch sub and it did not come with a meal as advertised. The sign mentioned trying it crispy so I asked if that was an option, even though it was on the sign. Eventually, they allowed me to have it crispy. However, when my sub came to $17 instead of the $11.59 as stated on the sign, they claimed it cost extra for the crispy chicken, although there was no indication of that on the sign. I decided to take it anyway and was disappointed to find that the large microwave chicken was tough and rubbery, with the batter being soggy instead of crispy. They need to improve their quality standards instead of disappointing their customers.

I decided to stop at this restaurant to try the lobster bisque. I was slightly surprised by the price, but overall gave it 4 stars because the soup was rich and the vegetables were fresh. The broth was lightly seasoned and the staff was pleasant, efficient, and friendly.

I had a delicious Italian sandwich on flatbread that was roasted to perfection. It's always a great choice at this restaurant.
