McDonald's - St. John's

Decent food...well you guys know! but good respectful kids working there. I wish them the best for their school and future careers!

Newly renovated. During weekdays busy at lunch with children from nearby schools. Drive through is swift. For some reason Apple Pay using Amex at drive through has not worked for months. Staff is nice. However check your drive through order before u leave . They keep making mistakes.

The automated systems for ordering are great. Also the kitchen appears to be a lot quicker. Your number is on a display board so you know its on the way and the service was great.

McDonald's is the same all over the world when it comes to the food. Something you don't want to eat much of, but sometimes, when you are rushed, is Ok. The counter staff of this location is excellent. I've dropped in several times for coffee, or lunch etc, and always the staff is efficient and friendly.

Made the mistake of going into McD's . The young man (not wearing a name tag) was rude! All I wanted to do was get my purchase and leave, he back-talked my comments, and had NO regard for customer experiences.Have been to this McD's few times before and never had this experience, but once bitten by the rude bug this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.Manager: I suggest you retrain this individual or show him the door, poor attitude and worse customer service!!!
