Peters Pizza

Very disappointed on Monday April 01st. I phoned in an order for pickup, was told 10 minutes, got there in about 15 minutes and still had to stand there waiting for another 45 minutes. Ridiculous service, an employee arguing with a customer who was saying the pizza wasn’t what they ordered, the employee kept saying your name on the pizza box, making for a very uncomfortable scene. Will not be back.

RIDICULOUS!!! They charge for CHEESE!!! NOT EXTRA CHEESE! Just CHEESE! EVERY pizza place I have every ordered from (well over 100 places over the years , when building your own pizza it always includes the basics (crust, sauce, and CHEESE!!! . Then you pay an additional charge per topping. NOT this place! I got a pizza with crust, sauce, green pepper, onions, sausage, mushrooms, AND NO CHEESE!!! If you don't include CHEESE on your pizzas like EVERY other pizza place in Canada and there is an additional fee for CHEESE you need to make it very clear on DoorDash! What's next? An additional fee for crust and sauce?!?!? If I don't pay the extra fee for the crust will I just get the toppings in a pizza box?? WORST pizza! by far that I have ever had in the entire country!!!

Food sucked.. the lasagna was burnt to a crisp on the edges yet somehow still cold.. the garlic bread was just store bought Texas toast that was cold and hard. Service seemed decently friendly enough, seen em check thr receipt for the tip though. They were in the back going on and on about how busy it was despite there being like 4 ppl there and 2 were waiting to be served for atleast 5 mins Wouldn't recommend

I never used to be a big fan of Peter's but this new location on Torbay road is absolutely killing it. I've had them a few times now and they are always serving out 12/10's. Really impressed. Highly recommend checking this spot out if you haven't had Peter's in a while.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is quite hard to open and I'm not sure if it has a ramp/button to open the door. But I'm sure if you have them a call they could bring it out to you.

Great pizza as always! Had the meat lover's pizza and it was nice and heavy with the toppings. They gave us a complimentary 2 litre of pop which was a nice surprise too!
